They took over management of our timeshare last year. We normally pay $700 per year in maintenance for a 2 bedroom condo for one week out of the year. It is a deeded condo that is supposed to have the yearly maintenance raise limited to a very small percent per year. They are trying to push through a special assessment of $964 for upkeep that is supposed to be paid for out of our maintenance. Cheapoair has the worst customer service agents ever. No one speaks correct english or understand the basic knowledge of taking a reservation. Last Xmas we had planned a holiday in South East Asia using exclusively AirAsia, however my wife was diagnosed with a breast cancer and quickly avalanched into 2 surgeries, chemo and radiation treatments. What an awful stay i had at the Vic Inn. I will never go there again. I had stayed at Vic inn for number of months for one weekend On buisness trip. Purchased and prepaid for British Airways tickets from Flight Centre. Flight Centre stuff up bookings and failed to notify us in a timely manner of the stuff up, thus leaving an under aged child stranded in the UK. I am looking for a group of twenty people to get together so we can file a class action law suite against these scam artist.
