My sister called me crying about how mean the hotel workers are in the "La Mirage Inn" in Los Angelas. She wanted to cancel her mistakenly made reservations there and get a refund so she could make reservations for the hotel she actually wanted. I was on a KLM flight from Singapore to Warsaw with a transfer in Amsterdam on September 7, 2009. cancellation policy is deceptive. It is written but you think you are signing off on a credit contract. They never verbally tell you about the no cancellation policy. There are many interruptions when signing and reading over the paperwork. They give you a false sense of trust. They have done their legal homework. Once you sign they do not care. Discovery Cove in Orlando Florida offers a great tropical getaway for the day where you can swim with dolphins, sun on wonderful beaches, and much more. Routes 360 and 362 - timetables changed with no warning. Also timetable incorrect. states 360 goes to Sheppey Hospital when in fact it is 362. Cannot understand why times have been changed, its worked perfectly well for at least 25 years. Has someone in the office got nothing to do. I must say. I am so embarrassed for Port of Spain/Trinidad. I travel to Trinidad often. And this was my first stay at a hotel. So staying at the most historical place was very exciting " at first".
