This company is basically a lending shark. They access your personal bank account and charge you a membership fee for a product which they are not upfront about. On the 12th of October 2008, I booked an air ticket through the Voyager Miles call Centre for my wife, Celeste Holtzhausen. I received a confirmation that the ticket was booked – but in my name. This agency did not disclose penalties and costs relating to airline ticket name changes. A name had to be changed on an airline ticket and the penalty was 100% of the ticket cost. We had to purchase a new ticket. This was not disclosed to us anywhere before purchasing the vacation package. This Travel Agency was taken to small claims court because they refused to reimburse any costs. I was at the gate an entire ten minutes before a 9AM departure and there was no ticketing agent at the gate. Apparently they had already closed the gate although the plane did not take off until after 9:10AM. I furthermore had to pay an additional $40 to get new ticket for a later flight to get from JFK to IAD. When the exhaust fan is on, one-half or more of the heat of the gas flame is pulled down and out the exhaust before it ever reaches the pan. Even on high, a large pot of water won't even boil. The very expensive to replace electronic oven-control failed early. About 7 months ago, I purchased a Blackberry Pearl from Verizon. Within a few months, the trackball failed. I brought the phone into Verizon Wireless and they could not repair the phone, so it was replaced at no charge with a free Blackberry Pearl. Now, only about 2 months later, the trackball on the new Blackberry Pearl has failed as well. I have talked to other Blackberry owners and they have experienced similar issues with the trackball on their phones.
