We just came back from Eastern Caribbean Cruise on a Thanksgiving week of 2008 on Carnival Splendor. My 11 yrs son was punched in the eye by an African American kid in the Arcade because my son asked him to take turn on a free play machine. I am a South African in England using a Visa card for my money. This morning I was told that my card has been closed. There is no reason for this - just that it has been closed. I am now in a foreign countrty with no access to money. I( have done nothing wrong and VISA don't seem to fix it. I will have to resort to begging until this is sorted out. As a travel agent I booked tickets for two of my pax thru the website. Due to the airport closure in Bangkok Airport the pax missed their international flight to Thailand. The customer service advised to send the copy of the canceled international flight which was supposed to be done on 03 DEC. I had received a call from e-tour and travel for a trip to Florida and at first it seem ok so I purchased it but went to my computer to see if it was a good deal. I recently booked a 2 night stay in this hotel on Priceline.com. I was very excited that I was able to get such a nice hotel at such a reasonable price and my wife and I were excited for a weekend away from home. I ended up finding a help icon at the bottom of the web page members.grantlinepro.com where I purchased the cd grant product. It gave a number of 1-800-715-1074, the lady had all of my proper info...which all of the other 6 numbers I called could not, and gave me a cancelation confirmation ID, it took about 3 minutes. Stay away from this place!!! I've been to quite a few applebees and this is by far the worse. The waitresses are slow and rude. The management could care less and the food was cold. If I am going to pay for something I expect it to be worth it. All my Applebees experiences haven't been the greatest but this by far takes the cake. Travel from Baltimore to NY on 11/30. Train had no working bathroom in the first 2 cars maybe at the back of the third car and was not an Amtrak Train, It was a New Jersey Transit Commuter train that we travelled on for 3 hours and 55 minutes. I booked a motel in Kansas City. Everything went well other than the Hotel was a pump and we got a room that had water damage. When we asked to be moved we got another room but the only thing was the room was dirty and in poor repair. I put on the reservation that I had small children.
