Booked a hotel to visit the wild animal park thought that my girlfriend and I could go out and have a good time. Except that the room we were given had a broken AC and the room was easily 80 degrees. The maintenance guy was nice and explained that the AC was broken and that we could move into a new room. I had to cancel a vacation because of work. I went to the travel agent and told them that we would not be able to go on the scheduled dates and asked what I needed to do to reschedule the trip. They informed me it would be a $100 penalty, but that I would have a year to take the trip. I had fallen behind of some of payments to Care One due to nurmerous medical problems. I signed up for a program GE MONEY offered by paying a minimum fee each month for 9 months at a rate of $16.98 every month. In the meantime they were suppose to freeze the account by not adding late fees, over limit fees etc. Of course I get another statement by Care One and again they continued to add interest rates, late fee and over limit fee. I have tried for three months in a row to make a reservation on their website and phone and can never get through to them. We paid a lot of money to stay in Cobo and to this date still have not secured any kind of a room . I think the better business bureau and the state general's office should look into this resort and the handling of reservations etc..
