This is now the fifth company I have listed my timeshare with and been scammed. I know, why did I do it again. I was contacted on 5/20/08 by a man named Frank Johnson who told me he had a overseas buyer for my Bonnet Creek timeshare that was generated from test offer ad that had been placed in Nov 2007 by a Jason Rivera. I ordered Burgerkings apple fries and they were apples sliced to look like fries and it didn't even look like it was a whole apple and they were not fried like fries are. They were raw apples but on the box that said Burgerking Frypod it indicated with an X for Hot, Fresh, & Crispy. They were not Hot nor Crispy and I don't know how fresh they were. I would not have bought them because I am able to eat only cooked or a baked apple and this is misrepresentation of the product. The girl was trying really hard to get people on her car and drive to this remote shabby family owned hotel. She never keeps her promise, and always trys to find extra charges from you. I joined Cheaptrips and attempted to use my temporary ID and password to book a flight. It would not work. I tried to call them 3X and couldn't get through. I ended up booking the flight on my own. Then I attempted to use them again. Through them the flight for a companion and me would be $2000, on my own I got the flight for $800 for both of us. I traveled to Boston to be there for a friend whose daughter was killed by a drunk driver, and the high school was awarding her mother her diploma. I made a reservation for 2 nights at the Golden Sands Motel (unfortunately without having seen the place first) in the beginning of the week. On Friday my sister and I went to check in and get our room keys. Upon my first observation of the motel it seemed a little seedy and run down but I already had my reservations and I didn't want to have to search around all night for another one. Travelnow.com charged us for a cancellation that they confirmed in an e-mail which had been booked with them three hours prior. We also made a phone call to their customer care number and was told 'not to worry about it' since the booking had been made only hours beforehand. They say they have no record of the call but we have the confirmation number which they agree is their number but conclude that it will not be honored. i feel that if people are going for a loan(which is not secured) I person appling for a loan because they need the extra funds. Not to have money taken out of their account the same day, before receiving the money they wish to borrow in the first place. Billinh them can cause many difficulties, especially if the money is not in budget. Block your signals better by printing a alert sign before a person signs for the loan. Keep reminding the loaner be aware, so they can make a clearer discision. I just returned from a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas on board the Norwegian Cruise Line's Sky ship. The vacation was a nightmare from the time we got on board. 1. I have a complain regarding the cancellation of my booking at this hotel where I failed to receive my refund of approximately RM500 credited back to my credit card.
