But the bottom line is, to keep customers, you need good prices, great service, and those are teh basics. Any website supported by Novarista Holdings Ltd are basically scam sites that lure you to order a free product sample and then bill you for something else that you are ordering behind the scene. You are sent an email invioce right away that does not reflect these pending charges. The trial period commences on order completion and only gives you 3 days to cancel. Only on checking your Credit card bill later do you realize that you have been duped. These actions are mentioned only in their "Terms and Condition" statement which is very well kept in the background focus. After ordering a Scotty Cameron putter, where the GolfStoreEurope gives out an expected delivery date of 10 working days I thought it would be a good site. Unfortunately, after multiple mails... no putter delivered. Customer service did not show that they cared and I did not get one answer that gave me indication when the putter would arrive. This company made claims as to the potency of an herbal extract, and sold it to me. There was no potency in it at all, almost five hundred dollars worth of extract was completely useless. On 1/11/2011 I purchased an hour glass using PayPal at the Hourglass Connection or hourglasses.com as of to date 3/30/11 I have never received the product. I sent numerous e-mails to David Hood the proprietor and he always had an excuse E-mail not working waiting for parts, etc. I complained to PayPal on 3/20/11and told them I never received the product I was told that they could do nothing because it was over 45 days since the transaction. I ordered several items of clothing from this site as it seemed a perfectly normal website to purchase Abercrombie and fitch cothes. Everything seemed ok and I got a thank you email saying they'd dispatch my order and had received the money I paid them via debit card. several weeks went by so I contacted them to be told that they were out of stock so I had to reorder different items, which I did. Several weeks later, the same thing again...out of stock...reorder different items etc. I've asked for a refund at least a dozen times since and getting no reply from them. Be very careful ordering large amounts from Modnique.com! I fortunately paid with Paypal, when an order that cost me $1, 500 was not delivered, Modnique would not refund my money. I put in a claim to Paypal. Modnique.com continuously black mailed me to close my claim with Paypal before they would refund me! As if! Paypal strongly advised me to keep the claim. Bought a coupon from Groupon for Nuttyguys.com on 3/9/11 and redeemed it on 3/13/11. Have not received my order yet and yet I was charged on 3/14. If you call them you get voice mail and yes I have left messages. Tried e-mail and am waiting for a response. I order often online for other companies and am charged when ready to ship not the day I order. But the worst part is the time I have waited and can't get a hold of them.
