Awful awful awful. This site is a fraudulent website. Takes a long time to receive a response. Order was placed in February and they guaranteed receipt within 10 days. We are now in late March and they have not provided any answers as to what the delay is. I am typically extremely patient, but their lack of care and customer support is pathetic. The study materials they are selling are a joke! This site is nothing short of a con. The "tutorial" was nothing more than a series of multiple choice questions and answers and were littered with irrelevant materials, typographical errors, and sited references that were of no use to the exam at hand. This is the absolute worst website. After 2 emails, 3.5 weeks waiting for my centercaps, 1 vague response stating that the caps had been shipped (but with no tracking number available), I disputed with my credit card company. I received my product on the 4th of March and the same day requested a Return Authorization Number so I could send it back. Who buys just one section of a steamer, without a base for it? The photo shows a complete steamer and they put a note in, saying, "Image may not depict product color, inclusions or accessories." I never considered the bottom of a steamer to be an accessory. So today is the 21st of March and still no RA number so they can take my $26.90 deduct about $10 for shipping and deduct 30% for restocking. A China based company out to scam you out of your money. NOTE any company that accepts Western Union/ Money Gram is likely a hoax. It's only advised you only remit payment to a company that accepts VISA. MC, AMXEX, or if not, PayPal.
