Bought and returned shoes from FootSmart. Notified Monday they received returns and would refund money in 2 business days. Called on the 3rd day, was told money was credited it my account, but takes 2 billing cycles to show. Called my bank, no money, payment I made was the same as cash, and atm accounts don't have billing cycles. Do not buy from them if there is a chance you have to return anything. We contacted ChipSpain.com on behalf of our cardholder to report a $776.00 fraud transaction which they were able to find and stop from being shipped to someone in Russia. We worked with a person there to refund the cardholders money since they were able to cancel the order and they never did. Mark Besnos and their workers do not know do construction experience with this company. I hired them to replace my aging roof, and the salesman was knowledgeable. This site is about theft. They lead you down the path that you can order a new ss card on line but what you are actually getting is the forms you can get for free at the .gov site. of course you find this out after you have been charged a $19.00 convenience fee + a $10 dollar download fee for adobe reader that is free and comes with most browsers today. this is ok because they offer a 7 day return policy. you get a nice e mail saying you have been refunded with a nice little number to confirm this. when the money is not in your account they blame it on your bank and the circle jerk begins. 6 attempts to get this resolved and no money in sight... read full review »

They promise you 7, 500 channels. It is supposed to have unlimited tv, movies, videos, games, music, MP3 downloads, etc. Doesn't sound legal, does it? Robaugh Products has no phone number listed. My order never arrived and they ignored my first email. The second email I sent was copied to the Bonner Springs Police Department. Robaugh Products then sent me an email claiming the product had been shipped. However, they never provided a UPS or USPS tracking number. Virus causes a popup after you have made an online purchase with a credit card. The Virus persists locking out the execution of all programs including the Task Manager until you submit a request for the purchase their antivirus software at which point they charge your credit card account for $99.99 but do not deliver any antivirus software.
