This operator pretended to be the moderator on a neighborhood mommy group listserv advertising great store coupons. Sadly, I fell for it and was duped. This site sells paper coupons which must be redeemed at another site, www.onlinecoupons.com, to which you must purchase a membership. I tried using the 'forgot password' and the system message said 'We do not have a record of a registered customer with email ID. Enter another email ID and try again.' I tried creating a profile entering my member number from my card and was told there was already an account with that email address which contradicts the first message. However, they obtain this information with the premise that they are "trying to protect their consumer's credit card information." Once they obtain this information, all bets are off. As previously - they say that something is in stock; take your money and then say that it's not in stock. They claim that this is because their stock is updated twice daily. This is nonsense - goods ordered in June not received in September... BUT still show as in stock on their website. (I know that they'll never be received as the line is discontinued.) Absolutely no customer service, if you place an order it is billed fourth party. All contact information given is false. Site says 30 day money back gurantee, however you will never get to talk to anyone, if an e-mail is sent to the cusomer service address you get a generic reply stating that their communications have been down and the IT guy just fixed it(you get this e-mail ten days after you sent the original). additionaly the email says not to worry and an RMA # will be sent to you shortly(never will happen).
