They started charging my checking acct. 5.95. I didn't receive any information with a password or access to this website. As i was pulling my info together for my taxes I realized for the last 6 months they have been charging me 5.95 and I received nothing. It took over 2 weeks to get my jersey. I was never able to track it. I was never able to talk to the online chat during this time. When the jersey finally arrived it was the wrong one. Everytime an online chat person would join the session as soon as I told them my problem they would leave with no response. I finally sent an email to an address in one of the confirmation emails. Except that your friend didn't actually send it, their email account somehow got cracked and now spam emails are sent to all contacts in their list. I bought a spa cover from j3 cover company in Ontario. They clam the covers are made in canada, but that is questionable as they refuse to disclose the factory location. Some of the stitching was ripped out of the box. I want to take it back and have it fixed, but they say I can only ship it back at my own expense. I got quotes for shipping and its around $100! Unfortunately made purchase November 9th, and my card was immediately charged for the purchase and it is now November 22 and I have recieved nothing.
