I purchase luxury Grand Suites 600TC Silk and Cotton Sheets item # G13529 from ShopNBC for $87.57. After only 6 months, they have completely wore out. The pocket seams on the fitted sheets have ripped out because the fabric is so thin. The top sheet's hems are all frayed out, and the fabric is so thin that rips 6 inches long have appeared. I bought my first pair of ugg boots about 4 months ago, and it was the best pair of boots I ever bought! I have been wanting a pair of uggs for years but I have never really wanted to pay that amount of money for a pair of boots! A pop up that said you have virus detected on your computer. It had a shield that resembled my program I have downloaded so I ran the scan and paid the fee for update. It had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Now I find the telephone number listed is overseas and the website is no longer valid. The debit has gone through under another name and Moscow listed. This company is appalling!! They take your money straight away, not when the job is completed as stated. They took a month to complete the job, not a week - and even then it was done wrong. At the time of writing it has been a month since then and no corrective action has been taken. Credit never given for return - Purchased fireplace screen from this retailer, item of POOR quality, returned item and followed all return policy procedures. Have UPS tracking number which names the individual who signed for the item. Three months and many phone calls later I have yet to receive a credit. I have spoken many times to a supervisor in customer service. They have stated that I will receive my credit, but I have yet to get it. I have filed a "dispute" with my credit card company and hope they can help me. This has been a very frustrating situation. I do NOT recommend this retailer. They are a bogus company, there adress is a vaccant parking lot at 45 Exchange BLVD, Rochester NY. The are very persuasive people and you must send hundreds of dollars to get a loan via western union. They want to fax you loan doccuments and then you fax back the sighned contract then send the money, then you must give them your bank account number so they can send you a direct deposit within 48 hours.
