Before placing my order I contacted their live customer service and specifically asked if the item was available for immediately delivery and was told yes. I have phoned my bank about this unauthorised payment taken & been told to cancel with this company but Cannot get in touch with them. there have been hundreds of people caught out with this 'FREE TRIAL' scam. I paid for S&H on a trail sized of teeth brightener. I have not received the trial size yet and they have charged me $87.13 for some other product. When I placed my order for trial sized product. I just started an account with Wavee and bid on a few items. I won one for $00.08 and thought I was beginning to understand the system.
