The store does not allow refunds. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted to charge me an additional $30. just to sent the boots back. Then I got an email saying no refunds were allowed. Although the product is supposed to be authentic Ugg boots, the product is stiff and hard and the top of the boot was narrow and didn't fit. It took over 2 weeks to get my jersey. I was never able to track it. I was never able to talk to the online chat during this time. When the jersey finally arrived it was the wrong one. Everytime an online chat person would join the session as soon as I told them my problem they would leave with no response. I finally sent an email to an address in one of the confirmation emails. Except that your friend didn't actually send it, their email account somehow got cracked and now spam emails are sent to all contacts in their list.
