I ordered trial samples from these 2 companies and down the road got a call from my credit card company about suspicious charges, both dentech & dazzelwhite had additional charges of $88 & $58 which I didn't authorize. I had paid online for a cake their reference CART21700023 to be delivered to my India local address on 13th July 2009. After thier response on 22nd July where they said they will look into the matter they have not responded on my repeated mails. I had received their mail on 15th confirming delivery of the product but in reality it had not been. Poor people who love their folks are repeatedly duped in this manner. I placed an order through the Gothic website on 17th July and was told it would be aprox 30 days to receive my order. There is a tracking facility on the site, when I input my order code and delivery postcode it says the order was last progressed on the 9th August. When I try to call them for more information the phone rings out every time and no answer machine to leave a message. I have emailed them several times with no response and I have also called the number on their Lucid.co.uk site asking someone to pass on a message to Gothic to call me back and still nothing. The point about this supposed free site is that it ends up not being just a free age verification site. I have tried this particular site DateSafeGuard 2 or 3 times and all it does is sign me up for a porn site and charges my account that it says it won't do. And on top of that you can't find any of these women on this site. They say that they are there with their phone numbers and that you will get a code to enter when you call their number, but I have yet to find a phone number or a code to enter.
