I have no complaints about the products. Actually the information I got was amazing and well worth the price but, I had some trouble understanding how to fill out some of the forms I was directed to online and when I contacted their 800 number it took days for them to call me back and when they did I missed the call. I finally got help through email and was able to finally get a second credit file. Why bother putting an 800 number on your site if your never available!!! On January 27th 2009 I called Immigration specialist helpline (1866 630 3604) asking for some information. In my case I needed to fill out an I485 form and an I765 form. Do not even consider of filling out the information for emillionaire. You have to read the fine print which is so small you need a magnifying glass to read the fine print. You will not receive any books. The first thing, they charge you 2.00 for the first week. Then they charge you 47.00 right after that. Even when you cancel the order they will charge you the 47.00. The person that I talked to could barely speak any English for the cancellation. I tried to get my two dollars back they will tell you that cannot refund that either even if you call immediately and cancel. This is one that you should pass on.
