I had my credit card charged for the game. I received the conformation email. I loaded up their download manager and downloaded the manual and begun to download the game. The download manager stopped at 30% and refuses to reconnect. I could not get onto their website (or any under the IGN entertainment umbrella). I'm told by entering your email and zip code you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. This is complete fraud and illegal. The charge comes through as Easy Saver or EMI Encore Marketing. I ordered this "free trial" only to be billed $87.13 for something I did not order. I called the company to ask about this charge. I told them the credit card transaction was on 2 MAR, I got this product on 5 MAR and had the 15 day free trail which I was calling to cancel. I was told that the card was charged on the 16th (according to their customer service person the transaction was on 1 MAR) . This company is a huge ripoff. They can do nothing to repair your DAC. I was fired from KLLM because I needed 6 weeks off for surgery.
