PCH says you do not have to order anything, went through the questions and said skip when they asked if I wanted accept any of their offers, got to eversave and still continued to say no, the website said that there was an error and then directed me to another window for eversave and there was no way to skip this, pch is a scam and someone needs to call them on this. I've always had trouble with WebWatcher. I wanted some software to block ***.It Never worked well and is difficult, also support stinks. I tried an Upgrade for $46.95 and it was a disaster. I called to cancel the same day. Well within their generous 5 day trial. I was told to send trouble ticket and did so twice actually. I have called, E-mailed, chat line, etc... No refund!!! I put in a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau). So I am tiring from this battle for my refund, but will continue. I will not go down without a fight. As we have noticed in other reports about this company it does NOT provide ANY service after the sale. We also experienced the very long call wait times. They FAILED to ship all the items purchased. And after 4 calls and 4 claims they would ship the missing items they have NOT shipped ANY items yet. It has been over 2 1/2 months since the initial shippment arrived without all the items purchased. I signed up for ONE year service for Shared Hosting. I paid one time fee using my credit card. After one year, I was surprised to get an invoice saying I owed HostNine money. I quickly responded that I didn't renewal the domain name and I don't need the web hosting service. I ordered some items from Taylor Gifts, and found that they had increased the prices on some items when I received my final charge. I notified them, and requested they reimburse me, to which they agreed. So, I thought this may have been a fluke. No, since I made another purchase today, and found that they did the same thing! I contacted yahoo, but thank God they take their sweet time I think because of the amount of complaints they get from phished clients. Now I cant even use this email address. My son sent me flowers for my birthday from Figi.com. I set the plastic vase that had the flowers attached inside (the flowers were all stuck on one metal rod that went inside styrofoam with white shredded paper wrapped around it) on the table and it was the cheapest looking flower arrangement that i'd ever seen outside of Walmart.
