BigPayWork is a website that is supposed to employ individuals in a data processing company if the individual pay a certain amount of money. If one is not satisfied with results they are suppose to receive a refund with no questions asked. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link.
