Company says no information, no charge. The information for the reverse phone number search I requested came back with someone who had the phone "several" years before. When I called with my concerns they told me to read the entire disclosure statement which says they might not have "current" information and that in such a situation there would be no refunds. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed that they do not accept calls. I sent an email to customer support stating my case and have never received a response. I may have very well errored in using the Reddix website but when I attempted to correct the problem, I caught hell. The Customer Service Company, which they hire to deal with customers, gave me an incorrect phone number and website to may contact with Primetime Savings.
