We ordered a chair and ottoman from Gately's store on October 9, 2007 and received an order confirmation. Our credit card was charged on the same day. I sent numerous e-mails to them and received no responses. I was able to contact them on the phone and was advised that the item was on back order and would ship on the first week in November. I have since tried to contact them several times via e-mail and have received no response. If you receive an e-mail telling you if you complete a survey you will win a free lap top computer. It is a hoax that asks you to sign up for all of these trial services, asks for your credit card and then you go into a loop telling you just complete two more surveys and you have a free lap top. I have now spent at least 20 hours trying to get the LiveUpdate function of Norton 360 software to work! At least 12 hours of this has been online with there so called 'analyst' when they have taken remote control of my computer,but still seem unable to get it to work.The rest of the time has been back and forth with emails to there support department.
