I purchase a new Caravelle in December from Trisec Autohouse. When I got the vechile they promised me that the carpets will still come and must first use the old carpets. I discover that the airbag light also stays on suggesting an error. The DVD system in the vehicle, done by a third party for VW has been done totally unprofessional, leaving wires everywhere and causing unbearable rattles. Today i went to purchase a new globe for my MINI MAGLITE, and as i did not have the actual torch on me, i asked the owner of the shop, DT Electronics, to advise me on which globe i would need to purchase. I told him the model and make of my MAGLITE and even showed him the exact one - the same as one of the ones for sale in the shop. We bought an Audi A4 1.9 TDI from Dealer - Retoria Motors. KMS: ±129000kms. When i wanted to book the vehicle for a service at Audi Menlyn, they told me that this vehicle already had its 150 000KM service in 2008!! I did spoke to orginal owner (a Dr Strydom), they told me that they traded the vehicle in on ± 180 000kms. I'm not willing to speak to the dealer. Called in to enquire cost of nail kits. Was pitched a package suitable and agreed to view a sample before purchasing. When arrived to make payment there was no sample to view. I bought a pair of shoes at Truworths Bayside Mall with my credit card. Next day I went shopping, wore them for about an hour, went back home when I noticed that the right shoe made terrible cracks on the upper. A rude staff lady said all shoes does that (strangely the left one was still perfect! ) and they cant give me a credit for it, as it had to be sent to quality control and that it would take about three weeks before I'll know what they decide to do. Beware of doing business with Milk Deco - run by Candice Brophy. She takes your money and then never delivers your order despite numerous promises when she does actually finally respond to the many voice mails and e-mails you leave for her. She promises one delivery date after the next and nothing is ever forthcoming. She then promises a refund which is also never forthcoming. I have bought this cell phone on the 24 August 2010. After a week's use I went back to this shop and complain about the battery of the phone - it only lasted about 8 hours. The shop assistant explain about android and aplications on the phone and that it takes a lot from the battery. I paid R3230-00 for this phone. I told the shop assistant that I am unhappy with the phone and rather want a refund or change of phone. He insisted that I take the phone to the Sony Ericson workshop which is called SSS Cellular in Boksburg. My phone was returned with a new battery, but now only lasts about 4 hours. on the 24/05/2011 @ 10.45 i visited KFC - Gateville and ordered 4x 4 zinger wings, the lady Beulah told me that it will take 7.30 minutes and she asked me if i will wait and i said ok and paid R 47.6 with my credit card . yesterday 2011-05-22 my boyfriend went to kentucky in grassy park victoria road. he purchased a streetwise five with mash and gravy and a zinger burger. the mash and gravy only consisted of gravy, the fillet on the burger was like rubber and definitely not edible. the coating on the chicken was so hard we couldnt enjoy our meal. it wasnt the first time that we experienced this from the same kentucky, but the first time we let it slide but we have bought there several times to experience the same thing. i am not happy with the way they make there food. the srevice is great but the food aint. read full review »

I sent a mattress for sewing of small tear on the top joining corner last year (May 2010) when the mattress came back, the bottom sheet was different and the mattress had lumps in it. (The bed was bought in August 2008) It was re-fetched by the factory for fixing.
