I was doing my grocery shopping and I was in the aisle where the hair accessories are kept. One of the pick 'n pay employees picked up a brush, brushed her hair and put the brush back. Completely brazen, uncaring that the aisle was full of people. Now there are certain things in life that we just don't do...and I should NEVER have to write in to report this kind of behaviour. Standing watching the employees of pick 'n pay I have to say that they are completely out of control and unruly. I have moved since I got the neotel service and my new home doesn't have any signal. I phone neotel to try to get them to send someone to come and see if I would have reception if they put up an antenna (I know I would because I tested it with a small ****py antenna and got some signal). I talked to the person and after holding on for while, they came to the conclusion that there is no signal where I am staying, without sending someone to come and check. On Friday, 28 August 2009, I travelled on SA Express to Bloemfontein and back. Initially when checking in, the initial boarding passes (both) indicated window seats. As I am in a wheelchair, I had to go back and query why I was given window seats due to difficulty getting to the seat. My boarding passes were then changed to aisle seats. Electrosmart illegally installed a unit at my house and then insisted that I keep it on a 90day money back policy as I really had nothing to lose by doing this, however 9odays later the are backtracking and are now demanding payment for this useless piece of equipment.Empty promises are made by sales people who call on you after hours and totally misinform you of what you are getting on a trail basis.Electrosmart are not very smart by doing this and I will not entertain the issue of payment they must just come and fetch the unit which nobody signed for or paid for. read full review »

Ordered freedom formula as a proprierty system but was supplied an inferior product of strategies available for free on meta trader platform. On Saturday 21 August 2010 I sent a worker to buy a pouch for my Blackberry from Vodashop Middelburg. The sales person, Eben gave us a Universal Pouch. When I saw the pouch I told my worker that this pouch is not what I want, it will not work for my phone. She drove back to Vodashop and they refused to take it back. This is unacceptable. I didn't use the pouch and I didn't damage the packaging in any way. This is not the first time it happened. I bought 20 No-Name brand exam pads a month ago. My daughter is in Matric and uses exam pads extensively to take and make notes. She began complaining bitterly that she just has to lightly touch a page and it literally falls out of the pad itself. I check on this and found it virtually impossible to keep notes in the exam pad - as you're writing, the pages become detached from the top section. I thought I would report this because 'goedkoop' in this case is definately 'duurkoop'. What a waste! I contacted Unisa regarding applying to study with them, I was told since I'm a first time student I would have to apply through CAO, which I did. Then last communication I got was that my application would be forwarded to the university and they will get back to me. To this day I have never heard anything from Unisa instead I paid R150 for nothing. I'm R150 poorer and still cannot register so I need re apply and pay yet again.

I received a confirmation e-mail that i am a upgraded member and will receive payment within 14 days.
After 14 days nothing was paid to my paypal account.
Then i re-sent a mail and it was indicated that payment will be due in august.
Then Paypal was removed as a payment option.
I registered with moneybookers and re entered the payment details in the relevant payment area.
I then sent them a mail to indicate that i can be paid on the new account.
Till now i havent received payment nor a reply.

I am currently so disgusted, annoyed and frustrated with Multi Choice.
On 26 July 2010 an amount of R1 887, 75 was deducted from our account instead of R591. To date this has been an ongoing battle to get the money owing to us DUE TO THEIR error, negligence and incompetence !!!
