i have taken a contract with them but the phone has not worked from the very first day i have called the call center and complaint and there is nothing be doen about it and every time i asked them to log a complaint they have not, they promised me R150.00 air time every month but i only receive R100.00, i have had the customer servies agence cut the call on me many time and when i ask to speak to a manager i am always told that they will call me back but they never do, they take out the money from my DD every month and this month they have taken it twice, some pleas help me has i pay for a phone that does not work. It is far to easy to get blacklisted in South Africa, all you have to do is go to the court and make an accusation against someone. Just a summons, whether you go to court or not is enough for ITC to blacklist . It is disgusting and should be stopped. I was issued a summons by a former employer, the matter never went to court yet ITC can still list you for a default judgement even though the matter was never finalised in court. ADT came to my place where an already installed alarm was installed The sale man toll me at first that the alarm is old and would have to be replaced.
