On the 30th september 2009, 3 seperate transactions for dri computers, had been requested from my bank, for a total of just over £120, which then caused me to have bank charges against me... i have never purchased anything from this company, and would only deal with companies within the uk.. went to watch a movie (rated 15) at Vue Camberley at 11pm. Vue has a policy that all movies are rated 18+ after 10H30 irrespective of the normal rating. Although this is stated on their website, it is rather obscure at the cinemas itself. The ticket dispensing machine actually issues the tickets when the teen option is selected. No warning is given that teenagers under 18 will not be permitted. Scammers. Probably related to GDPChina. Very rude customer service, claims on their site to deliver wow gold in 15 mins. More than 5 hours later, still nothing. Emailed, spoke to live chat reps (one of who cut me off and one of whom posted a smiley face after I threatened with a paypal dispute), attempted to contact on msn. Gave up and opened the paypal dispute. Lo and behold, a few minutes later I get a very polite email asking why I opened the dispute and asking me to end it. We bought a HotPoint Washing Machine on 3 May 2009, the machine seemed very loud when spinning and we decided to call the Comet to send somebody to have a look at it. I too have fallen victim to "Negative Option Transactions". I stupidly ordered this product, not reading the fine print. I received the product while I had company and did nothing with it. I booked 5 rooms via roomsnet.com back in May 09 for a long weekend 21st august. Rooms had been paid in full, and I received the confirmation voucher. All 11 of us arrived late at night in Barcelona to be told that they only had confirmed reservation for 3 rooms, 2 rooms had been cancelled earlier that day.
