There are literally hundreds and hundreds of online complaints and as many Better Business Bureau complaints. We purchased the AdvancePro software to integrate our inventory with Quickbooks and scanner capability. This was back in September 2009, it is now the end of December and I have been unable to get on the webinar for training and when we requested a one on one they have failed to respond. We are having issues with the scanners and the Rep that sold me the software phone numbers are no longer valid. I have a ticket into Customer support, but haven't heard a peep. My 2011 Ford Fudion obtained a STRESS FRACTURE in it while the car was sitting still in a parking lot all day. I came in from work and saw the fracture and called Paramus ford ASAP. We have been to several cheesecake factories. I work across the street from one and live in the neighborhood of another. I must say the one in Sterling VA has to have the worst take-out service. Every time you call someone says they'll put you on a short hold. After waiting six to eight minutes we call back and ask for the manager and it happens all over again. The second PC I purchased, after 13 years of living with and older, frustrating model from another manufacturer. The first one I bought (after my spouse's death) had a bad motherboard. I had to take it back about 50 miles to the vendor, and get a replacement. I did not relize it at the time, but the write head on this one's drive is defective, and I did not find this out until after the warranty had expired. Another SCAM, I haven't had any use out of this product, the product claims to send unique articles to a number of different article sites in one go within 30 seconds, I can only get it to submit to one site, the others keep failing. I even tried to do it one site at a time, but still no luck. Another site that claims money back if your not satisfied, but I guess this is only if you can actually get hold of customer service!
