On 2/17/11, I was having s/s of my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I had to get to the post office before 5pm to pick up medication that had been shipped from my pharmacy an hour away. I bought two pairs of Jeans from this site which were advertised as genuine Evisu Jeans. Washed one pair as instructed, hung them up to dry, when I put them back on they had shrunk. I have emailed them 4 times in the last week to sort the matter out only to be ignored everytime. They are quick enough to take your money but when things go wrong they don't want to know. Don't buy a support contract from Frys. I live in Plano Texas and have had the worst experience of my life relative to support and service from a retailer. Seven service tickets in less then a year and they use every excuse and loophole to avoid taking responsibility. The most extreme example I have every had of incompetence and lack of concern. As far as escalating to someone with brains, forget about that too. They are so well organized to divert complaints that you are constantly directed back to a lower level manager that lacks the foresight or authority to make a decision. You will buy license, then they will update ''version" and ofcourse new version are not compatible with old one(s) and you have to buy new licences. I purchased an under-the-counter microwave and installation from the Reno Sears. On the first visit, the installers were unable to complete the installation because they neglected to bring tools.
