I purchased 500 usd of AMERICAN EXPRESS travelers cheques. Amex says if they are lost or stolen, u can get your money back. In my case, the last i saw the checks were in my suitcase. I immediately reported them lost and was told to fill out 20 pages of paperwork, spoke and emailed an 'agent' 18 times over 7 months. They refuse to give me a refund. So they have my 500 usd. Trust funds have matured. I have been sent paperwork to recieve, sent in postage, and was told trust would be applied to bank debit card on the phone. Also, I have been sent UBI letters of intent of pay. I have received nothing in return mail. Plimus is up to its tricks again. I call it money laundering and I don't understand why PayPal puts up with it. Plimus takes your money, passes it on to the seller and absolves themselves of all responsibility. I my case the amt was only 37.00. This dentist Patel did a root canal on my infected tooth that was swollen for 3 days did not properly do a good job and ripped me off with more than$ 3, 800.00 after being approved with care credit. I decided not to go back and cancelled any services 2 days after due to poor practice and have to go to my primary doctor who gave me prescription for antibiotic and did some diagnostic tests and lab works. Its been two months now and I have to see endodontist and said that my root canal is not properly done. I ordered a replacement battery for a Shark vacuum from this company and was notified 3 days later that the order HAD shipped, complete with a tracking number. I kept checking it, but the post office tracking information would only say the post office had been notified that a package was ready for them to pick up. 2 weeks later, I sent emtcompany.com an email that was never responded to. This was an error by the Social Security Administration (SSA) where an employee keyed in inocrrect data. The issue has been resolved at SSA and with all of my financial institutions.
