This company claimed that they could get a stain out of my carpet however my carpet was too old to be cleaned. They tried and did not get the stain out. The next day I called to complain and they stated they would send a truck out to deep clean. They did and that did not work either. They then had the carpet sample analyzed to determine what material it was at a lab. The lab sample indicated a certain type of fiber, they then had a special cleaning solution purchased. I got the transmission May of last year. I had it installed and it was slipping from the start. I called to have it returned but they gave me the run around.
