As stated by others, they require that you register and provide credit card information. As you move around the site, you suddenly get "bids" in your account with no authorization. You should immediately protest this since if you use one bid, the $150 charge goes through. In my case, it first showed 0 bids, then 500, then 0 and then 500. I made the mistake of making a few bids because it looks like a bargain, but they keep extending the auction. HP Windows 7 has an option called "SYSTEM RECOVERY" which will return your computer to original factory status. My wife's 2006 Santa Fe has had brake problems which were supposed to have been fixed by Smart Hyuandia. When I went to pick it up for her, the brakes were still "mushy" and the brake pedal would go to the floor if you continued to apply pressure to the pedal. I asked the "service advisor", Danny, about that and he told me that the brake pedal going to the floor was "normal" if you continue to apply pressure. From the first contact, I was told my interest rate would be 4.0%. Representitive (Brian Niklas) canceled the closing twice. The first was because they were missing some paperwork. This company will promise you that they have a buyer for your timeshare and convince you to send them money prior to closing. Then they never close since they really don't have a real buyer. They will likely change their phone number. They don't return calls or emails once they have your money. You can even check their address out - they don't even have an office at that address - just shares a mailing address their. They are not registered as a business entity in Hawaii. This gym is horrible and only keeps getting worse. The staff here is probably at its worse since I started my membership years ago. THe equipment is always defective. If you are a female you must bring in your free weights because they keep everything locked up and only have 10lbs available if you have them hold your Id when you are using them. Made a payment in Feb., to the Jacob Law Collection Group in MS. It is a past due Walmart account. Bal., was $480 (ish). Called last night 3/3, to make another payment. Was THEN informed the agency charges a $20!! EACH time processing for the payment that comes out of our checking account and 24.99%. I checked the letter they sent me stating my balance and confirmation of last months payment, NO WHERE does it say anything about a processing fee. I offered to send a money order, they said NO. R&L required a $250 deposit then half of the total estimated cost PRIOR to moving. I faxed 2 separate credit card authorizations, one for the deposit and one for $1300 to cover the rest of the half. I contacted Quicken Loans (Josh Martens) for a home re-fi loan. There's a $500 deposit that is non-refundable that I made based on the loan rate Josh told me I could get after checking my credit and collecting income and home value data.
