I recently was checking my MasterCard and saw 3 charges that I did not authorize. I did research for grant funding for our small business but I did not authorize charges. When I make charges I always put my email address so that I can receive a receipt but I have not received any receipts to match that money charged to my card. $59.95, $1.87 and $9.95, 2 showed it was for Funding For U and 1 for one showing ID: Nanny. This cattery sold me a siamese kitten that was shipped from Kansas. Four days after the kitten came into our home, my two other cats became seriously ill, one almost died. The kitten apparently brought a virus as well as coccidia into our home. Two independent veternarians wrote a statement to the breeder saying that my two other cats became ill from the kitten. Two years ago, I remodeled my entire home. I put new light fixtures and ceiling fans throughout all of which are Hampton Bay and along the same theme. Recently and for no apparent reason, a globe from the flush mount light fixture fell off and shattered on the upstairs landing. I went to home depot to replace the globe. We bought the first liner from AAM, Co it was so mis measured that the liner had to be replaced. then the second liner came and there waswrinkles on the step under the diving board. We had asled them to smoth out the walls and bottem of the pool before the liner was installed but they didnt, then when the liner was inatalled they didn't have a continuas run, this is what seals the liner to the coping. I received a Sears rebate IN THR FORM OF A MC DEBIT from citi bank FOR $65 WITH AN EXP DATE OF 8/11 as of Feb 26/11 I have not be able to use the card on any online purchase including Sears. More important no one knows anything about this card . I have made 6 different calls and keep getting new telephone # which also do not have the answer. This is an out and out scam. Bansfield is very underhanded. You call and get a price quote, then they tack on all sorts of “extra fees” including “medical disposal.” I took a feral cat in for spaying and the bill with all “services and fees” was over $650. When I called they quoted $350. I feel totally ripped off and now they are even telling me that I will have to pay an additional fee, on top of the $650+ to get the spaying staples removed. I made several international calls between 2/9/2011 and 2/22/2011 which was very unusual. Reason is my mother passed away on 2/9/2011 and I needed to speak to family members about funeral arrangements etc. On 2/24/2011 I needed to make a call and got a recording citing illegal code. I rented a laptop computer from Rent-A Center. I thought it was new. I have paid over 400.00. They tax my weekly payments. I am close to the "90 days same as cash" buyout price. I still owe over $700.00 plus sales tax again. If I wanted this brand of "refurbished laptop" I would have bought it for $350.00 at most places. 1. Unit is generally slow to load and respond at times. No solution to fix: "It's just the technology." 2. During the map update (Feb 2011) my maps were deleted. Four days later I am still trying to get it fixed. Call the 800 number, explain the problem, get transferred to the "special" desk, get transferred to the software desk. Now they want me to hold for 20 more minutes when I've already spent 4 hours on the phone with these people! Seriously? Would not recommend this process with a problem like this. I purchased a bedroom set with a Sealy Hunter Creek pillow top mattress. The mattress began to sag, causing lower back, shoulder and neck discomfort after just two months. I own a 3 year old upright Kenmore Freezer purchased from Sears. On Wednesday morning I found the contents starting to thaw out. I called Sears for service and was told that they could get someone out on Friday between 1 and 5 PM. I booked a trip to Thailand with this rip off company. When I booked, the hotels that they claimed we'd be staying in were fantastic, very upscale, 4Star - which made sense considering the $3, 000 price tag (airfare not included).
