I ordered a pendant for my wife for Christmas and paid an extra £20 for a thicker chain. The web site shows their address as being in the UK so I trusted it. The pendant arrived from the USA with the standard chain and by email with QP Jewellers we agreed I would keep what I had and they would refund the extra £20 I had paid. There have been many emails between us since then and they have said at least 3 times they will refund the £20. Unfortunately, it still has not been refunded 2 months later. Every time I telephone them I get the answerphone and have left messages that are never replied to. Please avoid this supplier. read full review »

The University Park South leasing office, located at San Francisco State University, is possibly the worst leasing office known to man. I first contacted them about a month ago to set up a lease. I signed all the proper paperwork, and my lease was approved in about 2 business days, which seemed fantastic. I purchased a mattress and box-spring set from the Sears store at the Tri-County Mall in Springedale (Greater Cincinnati area) in September, 2010. At the time of the purchase I was assured by the salesman (Raj) that he would initiate the rebate process for the shipping of my mattress/box spring and I should receive it in about 30 days. These vipers have caused me no end of financial harm after promising the "lowest " bankcard processing fees and charges. I bit into a small chocolate cluster from Trader Joe's new trex mix, and bit down on something hard and crunchy. I spit it out and found three small pieces of GLASS! I had recently went to court regarding my rent with Sheepshead Bay Housing (NYCHA). The rent that the management office wanted me to pay I agreed to pay it and they agreed to take off the legal fees and all other misc charges. When I called for a refund, it was refused and they lied and said order was in process of delivery. The didn't even know the name of the Florist processing the order. This product contains propylene glycol, which is also called "anti-freeze". There has not been enough human studies that document whether long-term use of this chemical in either of its forms, or any of its associated products can cause cancer, or other health-related problems. He convinced me they offer job coaching, so on, so on - and took about $800 for their services.
