His phone company is a joke. I contacted them and they said they could swapmy service from my current carrier. Oh they swapped my service alright but it took waylonger than they suggested time frame. The kicker is they never managed to get the service up and running, over two weeks of no phone service. Finally I contacted my prior service company and had them switch me back, as I work from home. I bought a corner couchsofa from Weylandt Fourways last year October. The sofa arrived 8 wks later. On inspection, I noticed that the sofa and the daybed were not joining together properly ( the seams were not joining up) and that the there was a colour difference. I joined screamer Nov 09 at that time it was thought to be great, but Feb 2010 I was billed for three months which I already paid Dec 09.I never received any invoices for this and after querying it with their accounts, they admit it was an error. I requested a credit for the month that was taken extra, but up to now regardless of numerous atempts.They still have not passed a credit; this is poor service delivery and unethical behaviour from their side. My wife and I decided to have our lounge suite refurbished and got hold of this bloke. We paid the deposit and fortunately only gave him one chair, this was in September 2009. Claim adjudicator, Gloria Hurt, is obviously and blatantly incompetent. She stated that my Corvette was comparable to a subcompact/compact car rental. After that demonstration of stupidity, she subsequently assigned blame for an auto collision where I was rear ended to me in spite of the police report and the repair shop clearly stating that the other driver was at fault. Her incompetence is clear and appropriate action by her bosses should be taken, although her immediate supervisor failed to return my call. Classmates.com automatically renewed my Gold Membership and charged my Visa $39 without authorization. According to a customer service representative, they set account preferences to auto renew and expect the client to remember to change this option to manual. There is no printed record of this agreement, and never any kind of courtesy reminder of the account renewal date.
