I purchased a Microsoft Office product through Digital River and was completely unable to download the product and also incurred some damage to my computer as a result. I called and asked for a refund, and the person told me they'd make a refund request. I then received an email telling me to click on a link to activate the refund, but when I did so, I was unable to access the activation form. So now I can't activate the SUPPOSED refund. As someone else complained, I answered some questions on the internet and got charge for some service I didn't know about. This Mobile Media Resolutions is a fraud and fake. This company is a complete scam. They always have only one car in Austin Location. A Mid size SUV and it rents for less than a full size car cost. But beware... Somehow during on online payday loan application, I did not see a box I should have unchecked. This company said I signed up for payday loan protection. This little hole in the wall company is a complete joke and scam. We were trying to serve papers to my fiance's ex-husband and had a deadline of January 12 to do so. We went to them the same day we received the court date so they had a full week to do this. I started working w/ Solid Oak Marketing to imprint Schelling State Farm Agency ad on the back side of t-shirts to be given to Eisenhower High School at football and basketball games. I submitted my payment to them on July 2, 2010 and it is now January 20, 2011 and STILL have not recieved my product.
