Got a meat drawer in the freezer thats to narrow and will not stay in the tracks.Lowes extended warranty will not cover it, they say its cosmetic.I know I waited to long to pursue this but a warranty is still a warranty even though it runs out in Aug, 2011.This drawer bin was either the wrong part installed at the manufactures end or it was switched at the store for another refridgerator missing one.i can't believe this is a cosmetic issue but a wrong bin put in my freezer.Lowes and their warranty company is trying to get out of fixing this. read full review »

My company entered into a lease for a Credi card swipe machine on 3/30/04 It was a 60 month lease. I contacted the company in Feb 2009 enquiring about the process to terminate the lease. Hi, I went to Coleman for year in Computer Networking. Like the another blogger has already said the credits to the other schools like the Kaplan's, etc. are non transferable to a real College. For me that doesn't make any sense at all to go to Coleman College, etc. Why spend xxx of dollars if you can't transfer the credits over to a real school like SDSU, etc ? This company did not start work our website for one year, then we had to pay outside firms to complete the project at a cost of thousands. This is after over 800 emails to them and hundreds of call. They also did not keep the quotes they gave and we got sucked in for more money thinking it would be cheaper than hiring a new firm - it was not. We have had a "nightmare" getting these products set up with AT&T back in September, 2010. After numerous calls and conversations with AT&T representatives to discuss an unbelievable amount of issues related to U-Verse and wireless Internet, and asking about credits and our rebate we are entitled to, we are still waiting to get decent service and receive our $50 rebate. My company just signed up with W2 Express for electronic w2 delivery. Got the notification that it was avaialble and went to download. The application prompted me for a PIN (something I never remember setting). I attempted every PIN I ever had used for anything to no success and decided I needed to call customer service. Naturally you have to go through several minutes of menus where you are asked for the same PIN. Once you fail enough times it then rings you through...into the 7th circle of phone hell. My 1999 Mercedes was towed by Shamrock Towing, Inc. on 1/13/2011 from a parking lot at Columbus State College. Immediately after picking up the car, my son noticed the loss of pressure in his brakes. Two days later, the damage made to his car by the towing device, almost cost him his life. The caliper was broken and he lost all brake fluid. I replaced my home carpet after 15 years only because it was out-dated. I was suckered into Mohawk's smartstrand 2 years ago based on their ads. Carpet is in high traffic areas, LR, BR, stairs, hall. Company contacted me through Craig's List. Claimed they were a bulk mail forwarding/distribution company and need to have someone in the DC Metro area to ship items an mail to for forwarding. I have over the past year not had one job printed at tone digital withou there being re-prints involved. Jobs don't get completed on time and sometimes you receive scratched or damaged goods. I have always thought they were highly competent and well priced but since they have doubled in size the service has gone down the drain. I started a VW trike building business and intended to use JC Whitney as a main supplier of engines and parts. Ordered an aluminum fuel tank for the first trike. When it arrived the size of the tank was not what I ordered, it would not fit the trike.
