Their is nothing to say these are fake uggs. Sent a pair to Germany and the postal police would not let my niece have them because they said they were FAKES. Mr. Kop has not been answering our inquiries of late. He told us he would file a TRO hearing and did not. He said he would draw up a standstill agreement and did not. He missed a court hearing and was over an hour late for another. And he has told us he would give us an assessment of our claims and damages going back months and months and we are still waiting. He said he would file our case before our house was sold and we were evicted and he did not. We are facing a statute of limitation expiration on a portion of our case and no response. I have attempted 4 times to contact PetCare Insurance via phone to cancel my pet insurance policy. They insist you must hold on the cancellation line. No one ever answers the phone. Held for 15 mins each time. However, if I contact their sales line, it is immediately answered. I have emailed the company. In my opinion, Rug One sells a low quality product and does not stand behind their warranty. . The rug in question is at this time still less than 2 Months and it faded or discolored in a few locations. I have just contracted another company to replace it.
