I purchased a corvette that was certified in Dec 2009. On Dec 23, 2009 while driving home my car starting making a loud noise and a bunch on smoke came from the rear. On March 1st of 2010 we gave Mohammad Arshad $4285.00 for delivery of 100 bagpipes with the balance due when they arrived. He emailed us stating that it was confirmed the items would arrive by end of July 2010, today is 2-23-11 and we still do not have the items and Mohammad is not responding to phone calls or emails.
