i had a issue with my refigerator. I was told a tech would be out to service it between 1 and 5. I waited and noone came. This company is trying to sell vacation certifcates to their clients which is illegal to do. Even on the certificates themselves it states that they are not to be used for sale. These companies get these certificates through fulfilment companies, which are meant as tool to create leads. The fulfilment of these certificates is only about 5% and on the average cost under $5.00.. Example if you want a certificate for a 3 day 2 night vacation it only cost $1.50. If you want a 5 night cruise for 2 it only cost $ 18.00. I hope Vacation Selects Services fulfilment company gets wind of them illegally selling these certificates to the consumer. We have made 37 phone calls over the past 10 months to HugesNet regarding poor Internet connectivity or no connectivity. Their 'fair use' policy is a joke! Had given several clothes for drycleaning in the last week of Dec 2010. Guardini has not returned one saree for the past 7 weeks with no update on whether its with them or lost. The shop in DLF Galleria promptly passes the buck to the Manager Mr Mehra at their workshop in Guardini. He passes the buck to the shop stating some sarees are there without tags and need to be checked. On reaching the shop, you are told that there are no such sarees without tags and Mr Mehra has not spoken to them on this missing saree at all. I have been attending Kaplan University for about 2 months now, they have been sending the same email telling me that I need to submit a KU Promissory note. When I first spoke to my salesperson he seemed very astute and I felt giving him a chance would be great since there wasn't anything to lose. Unfortunately, his support people did little to get us business and we never even received one phone call.
