The telephone contacts could not tell me what the total was going to be and sure enough the next day 71.00 was charged. They are cold calling and keep calling sometimes up to 10 times a day. I have told them to put me on the do not call list but they keep calling. When you try to call them right back number is disconnected. They hang up when you ask them for there info. After research i found out that Vacation Network And Iglobal are the same. I had purchased two giftcards in December 2009 for an hour massage each. I also paid tips: included in the gift cards. One of my friend used her card in a month; other has tried to use it last week. Massage Envy told her that the card has already been used in another location in June; and they charged her credit card. Saw TV channel listing online (which was burried on their website) updated in Aug that the sports channel we want is now in the 'basic' package. Verify in their published PDF (updated in Oct) that this is the case. Call to change and, no, sports package may or may not be, in the basic package. My sister bought a pup from these people a couple of weeks ago and the pup is very sick. Vet speculates it is because of in-breeding which led to the baby doll face of her Pom. All of their pups look the same. Poor Pom-Pom has breathing problems, eye and ear problems because of the structure of her face. The service here is absent at best. If help is needed, you either get horrible service, attitude, or no help at all. The laundry doesn't work, the Internet doesn't work, the water looks like yellow milk, there are stains on the carpets and unsafe decks. We had a RAV4 2002 Model, and early this year, problem presented itself as a transmission issue with hard shift into reverse; starting off in 2d or 3d gear. My wife was switched from one policy to another by the Broker for American Medical and Life Insurance with the excuse that the policy she was on was not paying claims. We trusted the Broker and made the switch only to find that Core Value Medical insurance has not paid any of the claims presented to them over the past 7 months. They use all sorts of tatics and all excuses. The provider (Doctor and Lab} submitted several claim forms to the Claims department with no results. This company has contacted me about 2 months ago about a $4000 debt I supposedly owed on a credit card opened in 2001, which went delinquent in 2002. I had NO credit cards at this time, and have told them this. They then just quote my social security number back to me, which I confirm, and they say "Well it must be you". I had been a customer of US Cellulars for approzimately 5 years (I too was not rebated my $30 fee due to "incomplete or lost" application). I was required to port my phone service to a US Cellular competitor due to a company directive. My new provider ported the number, Then US Cellular never mailed the final bill. We bought a Calypso washing machine in 2001 and have had lots of problems. We bought the extended warrenty every year, only to find out that at some point Sears changed our full coverage warrenty for a lesser one, which meant that we could have gotten a new washer based on the repairs it required but no one told us that. I wrote a letter of complaint to the hotel with a copy to the home office on October 12, 2010 (see below). To date (12/6/2010) I have had absolutely no response to the letters. Absolutely do not hire Power Brothers Remodeling. I hired Eddye (the owner) to paint my new, custom made fireplace mantel. I see he has posted pictures of the project on his website - which ticks me off even more.
