I received a letter in the mail that my child was nominated for the Who's Who Award from D.C. I paid for the yearbook and the the plaque in 2009...total price was about $150.00. I was told that I would receive my order in the Spring 2010. When I called to check the status of the order in 4/2010, the company's recording said that they were closed due to economic hardship. This company has been billing $24.95 monthly to my creditcard over the last five months. After calling the number on my cc statement, WC value plus told me that I authorised them so by phone, which I never did. They told me they would stop billing me. This is an affiliate marketing web books site. In my opinion it is a SCAM. There is a ONE time fee of $299.00 AND a $50.00 hosting fee that is MONTHLY that is in the fine print if you look hard enough. I didn't find out about that untill after I had set everything up. I sent in my Casio Camera on 11/16/2010 to get it repaired. I called and talked to a customer service rep who said to send it in that they still warranty cameras 2-3 weeks after the 1 year warranty period. Fed Ex had this bright idea about doing Fed Ex load drivers up with a truck load of delivers and we didnt get them done then the next morning you will have to go to the OFFICE where two mangers will be questioning you about bring packages back and why did you bring so many. Before you leave DOT you cant be on the road no longer that 14 hours per day but you are told to change your start time before you leave cutting out 2 or 3 hours you already been working.
