My friends and I stayed there this summer and paid cash for our room, and they took the money out of my debit card and have been unwilling to refund us out money. If you make a mistake on your order or want to change something (like the delivery address) you have to wait for them to confirm the order and then try cancelling it and re-ordering- except it may be too late as it's already on its way by then. Customer service is extremely difficult to do business with. I found them to be very stubborn. They take way to long to address e-mails.
