I called the number that my bank gave me and the person I spoke with explained that it was a membership that I agreed upon when applying for a loan. I talked with the salesman at Springhouse Windows and Doors in Paoli, PA. I picked out the window that I wanted. He installed the wrong windows and charged me almost $4, 000 for three windows. When I complaint about the wrong windows he outright told me that he was not going to install the right windows because he said that he already installed the right windows. This turned into an uphill battle whereas I called Super Marvin and they did nothing. Now, I am stuck with ugly windows and Springhouse could care less. I ordered 2 Elkay sinks at $311 each . They were delivered promptly but one was dented. My wife had signed for them but did not open the box before signing.Because of that Home Perfect would not do anything about it- basically saying that we had to eat the sink. Only 15 years after installation, 5 of my 8 Marvin windows need to be replaced because the frames, sills and even some sashes, have rotted. The only 3 that don't need replacement are located under a porch roof. I purchased the windows with Marvin's now discontinued "Flexicron" finish. Car was taken in for repair to rusting rail dust embedded in paint, which was covered by the added paint protection plan. Taylor automotive body shop was to repair all panel effected, and when car was recieved it appeared to be in the same condition as was when brought to Taylor automotive originally. Luckily, I spoke with a rep that did something for me on this and said that the membership that I supposedly enrolled with was cancelled and I would be getting my refund. I too was a victim of this unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. They will inform you that an authorization was made with either a voice or digital signature with the use of a mouse.
