I was with Hearthland for 2 years. My rates were the best at the time. TMG offered me lower rates, 1% less than what Heartland was offering me. Of course I signed up in the middle of the month. I had to pay early termination from Heartland ($300)and my POS ($300) software to change processor, $100 application fee for TMG. I'm out $700 before TMG processed a single transaction. After using my Express Card in July, I set up to have monthly payments deducted from my checking acct thru online banking. I schedule the first payment to be deducted on 7/26. My payment is due on the 21st of the month. Talked to Rockenbach dealer about a 2011 new chevy Traverse. Internet price of 24, 996. Dealer said he had a lot full of these and I should come in ASAP. So I went there Sat, in Oct 2010. In august of this year I traded the two saturns vehicles I had and purchased two chevy trucks . The saturns had xm service until sept. of 2011 the new vehicles came with 3 mos free service . Boat buyers beware. Do not buy any boats that are sold from this location. I dealt with one of their brokers a little over a year ago trying to purchase a used Formula boat. I traded in my small boat as part of the purchase, plus a deposit. They have my boat and my deposit somewhere, and I have no Formula boat because they do not have the title. I have filed complaints with the appropriate agencies. No response or help from the Marina at all and I cannot locate the broker. It has been a nightmare. A DP sales person who was contracted out from Pacific Coast Services broke into my home and stole a blank check which they then wrote out to DP Sales for $647.00. What kind of pressure are they putting on their "sales" people to make sales? What kind of background checks are they preforming to prevent this kind of criminality? I purchased a Hewlett Parkard model m8100n, running Vista, and an AMD Athlon 64 X 2 Dual-Core Processor 5600+, several years ago. We bought our BRAND new Samsung TV at the Big Screen Store in April of 2009. The TV we bought is LN52A550P3FXZA. At the same time we bought a 3-year warranty from AMT Warranty Corporation. If I remember correctly the price was about $300. Our TV stopped working July 2010, this is past the 1 year warranty provided by Samsung. So AMT Warranty is supposed to take care of the repair. Received pool cover in good shape and installed as per instructions. During the winter season the cover developed a hole in the middle that started to unravel and was brittle and flaky to the touch. I ordered a Toshiba laptop online through Toshiba Direct and choose specific upgrades. One of which was a 4G memory upgrade. My bad I never checked the specs but assumed (unfortunately) that since I ordered and paid for the memory upgrade and was dealing with what I thought was a reputable company it was built properly. THIS DRY CLEANER RUINED A SUIT BLAZER OF MINE. THEY BURNED THE TRIM OF THE BLAZER AND CLAIMED IT WAS ALREADY DONE PRIOR TO BEING DROPPED OFF.
