I am a student at Pima in the veterinary technician program and I have a instructor that's rude and unprofessional that picks on people that aren't guys or aren't big breasted. I am tired of getting picked on by this instructor. He tells my other classmates the same thing and makes them feel bad about themselves as well. I have been in the program since June 2010 and found out that he talks about who will make it in the program and who won't. As a consumer make an educated decision and go to legitimate websites that rate the specific industry you are acquiring services from. Do not go by 1 particular website or 2. Universal Propertys is uncannily similar to Bluescape Timeshare (Blue Scape Timeshare). Their website does not list their address. I went to the Online Business Bureau (are they also a sham??? be careful on their recommendations) and got the address of 2961 Industrial Rd #601, LV, NV. This is the EXACT same address as Bluescape. This has easily been the worst experience I have had as a consumer. I had the misfortune of trusting this company and rented a house for 1 year @1300 per month. The security deposit was also 1300. These guys are extremely unprofessional when it comes to promptness of repairs, communication or general courtesy. Moments ago i wrote a detailed account of the phone fraude perpetrated on me by this company. They solicit you by offering a "free"trial for skin cream. you are told you need only pay for the shipping then you receive a bill for $139.00. Within 2 weeks you are sent other products with no authorization and wehen you call to complain you are treated rudely and not permitted to talk to a supervisor or anyone else. This is a total scam..it is advertised as free..it is not at all free. When you you get the product, you are billed $139.00 plus $10.00 for the shipping fee. If you call their service number, you are given a return number for the package but you are expected to again pay for the shipping..the service reps are very rude and I was not able to connect with a supervisor. I was told by the service rep that the orignal person who spoke to me when I called to redeem my so called "free" gift explained this whole matter to me. HE DID NOT. I am extremely unhappy with Sears Carpet cleaning and their bait and switch tactics! We recently hired Sears in Alexandria, Virginia, to clean my 1 bedroom condo for $164, which seemed like a fair price. The cleaners briefly inspected the condo and said that it would require a deep soil treatment for $150. I booked a flight with Cheapair using Air Transit out of Dublin (Flight 235 on May 27th, 2010. Supposed to be direct to Toronto @ 12:45 PM. My experience on charge.com was not good. - Their first scam is, each application is automatically approved. That should be a heads up that this is a bad business. The second scam is you say what your sales will be and if you want MC or Visa. And then somehow automatically you are taking AMEX and JCB and discover, and paying that AMEX fee. Then when you want to terminate because of their non existant customer support, it costs you $300 to leave (and that is why there is no set up fee).
