I purchased a Nintendo DS product, my account was debited and then I heard nothing for 11 days. I emailed 5 times requesting confirmation of my order, as the website stated I would receive. 12 days after making purchase and making payment I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. When I asked why they replied 'order from another website'. So they are happy to take your money, but good luck getting the product. Do not, under any circumstance purchase from this site. I ordered from this site, they took my money immediately. Then they replied to no emails at all, and there were loads, the products never arrived. The phone just kept ringing and ringing and eventually a message said "there is no-one to take your call and the mailbox is full". I complained to Google and they requested for the company to respond which they didn;t. Google have refunded my money and stopped the company from trading through their checkout. I called about perchesing a blutooth head set and they informed me that all I had to do is match it to my phone and start using it. I then went in and they told me how simple it was and explained how to use it. but not once did they inform me on the phone or in the store that there was an activation fee for the headset. I found that out on my own after my bill was sent out and I had to call the toll free number. Seems to me they are after credits for their selves more than they inform their cusomers about hidden cost and taxes. I went to the movie today and found out ther was a price in crease for seniors a full dollar. I know you have to be aware of the fact ther is no cost of living increase for senior this coming year and last year it has been on the news several times. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS RUSE. I connected to the Diet Max site from a link on the MSN site. They offered a trial bottle of Acai for only the cost of shipping - $1.49. I went to the order form to order this trial item. There was a “Terms and Conditions" item on the order form, but it was not active. Clicking on this T&C did nothing. As soon as I entered the order a screen appeared showing a $99.97 charge that could be recovered by filing for a mail-in-rebate; plus the $1.49 shipping charge.

Warning stay away. I thought I was filling out a membership form however, I was Purchasing a membership! 159$ and then good luck getting a refund. Kelli does not tell the truth about the dogs she is selling you. She will sell you very sick dogs and then say they were healthy when they left her house but you find just a few hours later when they arrive they are very sick. Be very careful when you buy from her, you will end up heartbroken and your pocket empty. She is nothing but a glorified puppy mill.
She will not stand behind the dogs she sells. Her puppies are raised in cages with wire flooring and her dogs are all kept in cages on wire.

We had a great experience in the beginning when taking our dog for boarding at this facility, however, this past time we were very disatisfied with the service we received. I will explain why. When we travel we have used this facility because our dog has a unique situation. She isn't able to have a rabies shot due to the fact she is allergic, and the last one almost killed her.
