Avoid at all costs - My 16 year daughter ordered a size L ladies hoodie from this site at a cost of £45. £62.11 was taken from her account. She received a very poor attempt at a copy, the wording wasn't even the same and it came from China. The website has no contact details, phone numbers or addresses just an email form to fill. I reserved a room with cheapostay.com on 10/14/2010 and the funds were taken out of my bank account on 10/18/2010. As we were checking out of the hotel they told us they hadnt recieved any information or verifications from cheapostay, so i had to pay again. I was given a Toshiba Satellite A215-S7417 Laptop. The original recovery discs did not work, so I ordered a new set at 24.95, which Toshiba says is just for shipping the discs are free, but the new discs did not work either. I called their tech support and was told that I had to send the laptop to them to fix at my cost. The laptop will take discs from my desktop, my old laptop and even my fiances laptop, but it will not take the discs that belong to it. I do not have the money to fix it. We purchased two full fare rountrip tickets at the Trailways website. The tickets said non-refundable. We could not take the trip and wanted to use the same tickets a couple of weeks later. Despite the fact that the price of the tickets are EXACTLY the same as if we had bought them in person, the company refused to provide a credit or exchange. I bought some jwh-250 from this company, and requested a tracking number. they took my money, sent a receipt vie e-mail, and after 4 months never sent a tracking number, never sent the package, and would not respond to any emails or inquires via their website where it says they will respond in 24-48 hours. eventually i just reported this to alertpay, and they cheerfully refunded my money immediately. i suggest nobody deal with these guys, but if you do not believe, then good luck to you :D read full review »

Please do NOT buy any Ugg boots from buybootsnow. It is a complete scam. Both my sister and I bought boots from this place and they are 100% fake. We tried to send them back with no reply. They came from China with no box and no authenticity card. I have real Uggs and the bottom doesn't even match. They also smelled awful. The first mistake was paying with Paypal.
