We called Around the Clock Locksmith because myself and my room mate locked ourselves out by accident. He showed up, asked for my license, and than gave us an initial estimate of $395 for a "house unlocking" fee. He tried to pick the lock for 20 minutes and couldn't get in because the lock was so rusted out so he had to replace the knob/lock. I received a charge on my prepaid phone from dada. I call them and ask how and why they charge me and some guy by the name of Austin stated that I had a membership with them since March, 2009. I told him there was no way that my prepaid phone was a business phone and I never went on the internet with it. I had proof and I wanted my money back. Once again I foolishly tried to get a meal at McDonalds, I ordered a fish sandwich with extra onions, I told the girl taking my order three to four times, I did not want the slivered onions, but the diced dehydrated onions used on the hamburgers. Owner, Michael Wright, misrepresented the quality of his work through his website. He worked only 2 hours a day even when given a deadline for my bathroom remodel. He was in way over his head, despite having a detailed project description which included plumbing, framing, electrical work and, of course, his tile work. I have pictures to anyone who wants to see them about the poor quality of his work. I paid him $1500 in advance (my mistake) and he has not made any refund to me. The DVDs that were sent were illegal copies that arrived from China. Half of the episodes didn't work and there is no contact information or return address. They didn't even include a packing slip with the shipment. The DVD's had stickers on the them and were hand numbered with an ink pen. The TV Land logo was on each recorded episode telling me that they were recordings made directly from reruns on tv. And they were very poor quality. We bought a sausage pizza and brought it home right away for dinner. As I was chewing on the crust, I bite into a hard piece of dough and it broke my tooth. So the next day, after seeing my dentist for temporary help with the pain, I called the Store manager to tell him what had happened and he told me he didn't believe the crust broke my tooth. I did a car history check for the car that I bought on www.MYCARCHECK.com they gave me all clear with no negative history. Later it turned to be written off. As per MYCARCHECK service you are covered for loses that you incure if the information given was incorrect, I applied for claim, it was completely declined for me not signing off the reciept on there format instead of a plain paper. As a former employee of this Dairy Queen I have a complaint about the way they treat there employee's. I have never been written up or reprimanded on my performance at work had called in sick and was cut hours and encouraged to seek employment else where. Do not buy anything from this store. I bought a sweater for my daughter on a Thursday. She wore it for the first time to church on Sunday. While sitting in church, the sleeve starts to unravel. Insurance claims not submitted accordingly, client/patients payment exceed insurance fee scale. Had procedure done 2009 in office and then informed recently that it was not dental procedure. I don't understand the referring doctor said it had to be done by the dentist since it was part of the mouth. I just signed up for I-Wireless, I Wireless, Sprint this week and the Customer Service sucks. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with them and about 15 calls latier it is no better. If you can afford a REAL Cell phone company DO IT. If I could have reached through the phone I would liked to have beat the Service Reps (figure of Speech) at the other end this is the worst customer service that I have seen in years and I am a customer service manager for a living. On October 11, 2010 I brought in my 18 month old Hoover Duros Canister vacuum cleaner in to Marvin's Vacuum where I'd purchased it 18 months prior. The on/off switch failed and needed replacing. Nuts were loose that were suppose to be checked according to the warranty book. They blamed Bog Boy Centurion cause they serviced my bike. Not their fault as I stood there watching them change the oil, had nothing to do with the faring screws that were loose or back sprocket that broke. As not one of the 4 nuts were torqued. Head office says its my fault as I must check every nut and bolt on the bike every time before I ride. So they will not replace anything under the warranty.
