Eight months ago I puchased a pre-owned BMW 528i from the Lexus Pre-owned Dealership. The salesperson stated that the car was a local trade and the gentleman was meticulous in taking care of the car. The carfax was clean. I asked the salesperson specifically about the brakes and transmission and she assurred me that everything was fine, and that a 100+ point inspection had been conducted on the car. I went to Metro PCS store in Los angeles to activate a cell phone for my daughter. Metro PCS has (3) plans, 60 dollars, 50 dollars and a 40 dollar plan.. Mr. Rooter came to my house to repair my main drain. While they were here they ruined my kitchen floor, Dented my washing machine and left the hole the dug unfilled. They were paid in full. Over 300.00 the first time to unclog the drain, the 2nd time was 200.00 to camera the drain, the third time was 1400.00 to fix it. They have yet to tell me what they did to fix it. I signed up for a 10 day free trial for an Acai Berry diet product. Today I received the shipment so I called to cancel my subscription, which the website claimed you had a total of 10 days to cancel the script without being charged. I was told that there was going to be a $159 charge to my credit card. The original order would have been for $89 if I did not cancel my subscription. I had spoke with a rep from this company and upon further research I found out that they have an LLC but nobody in the company is a licensed broker. I also researched further and they also are not bonded. This one sales rep I spoke to was Brandon Stromburg (which he talks a big "sales pitch") and he ensured me that he would "guarantee" results. I purchased a pitbull motorcycle, upon getting it back to ohio i realized there was no vin sticker. I was able to get in contact with Mike Davis the owner of the company. He said send him 300$ and he would get a replacement. Obviously he is a liar and a cheat.With all the complaints against him in Florida I can't understand why he isn;'t in jail. My husband was deployed to Iraq in March and prior to his delopment we ordered him a pair of Converse Sage Green boots for $96.00 with free shipping from Desert-Gear.com. When the boots arrived just prior to his deployment they had a hard plastic or metal piece that stuck into his ankle and he was not able to wear them since they were defective. It has been over four months since we stayed at a VRBO vacation rental home at Lake Tahoe and they still have not refunded our deposit. Agent won't answer phone and no other way to reach them except through a website and that won't respond either. There was no damage and they have not even provided a response to that effect either. Rental claimed to have wireless internet (no wireless router present), and hot tub (tub could only get to luke warm after several hours). Complained, but once they had the money, no response. I purchased ever pet scoopable cat liter. It is a good clumping cat liter unlike most, however it says it has odor control. the first time my cat ever used the liter it immediatly gave the room the worst lingering odor. I have never used a cat liter that did this. I clean the liter box several times a day and the odor just lingers. The same complaint(s) as I have been reading...the 10 day trial is up before you can have any time try the product and before you know it they've charged you full price or balance due on your order. I have worked with this person and have found her to be amazing at what she does. Somebody with a thick jealous streak has posted some inaccuracies about this talented artist. I ordered my wedding dress from Le Salon in Royal Oak 8 months before my wedding. It was promised that it would come in within 3-4 months, but then they indicated a delay. Less than 3 months before my wedding they said it wouldn't come in at all! I contacted the manufacture who indicated they had never received my order. Ordered and paid for in advance 139.00 for Rayban sunglasses thru website. been a Rayban customer for over 20 years. 2 weeks passed and had not rcv glasses, called and was told to wait another 10 business days. I do not recommend this dealer because of the following: After a deal was made for a KIA Soul, when we returned for them to honor the wheel locks and extra key with remote, Marcus DeAngelis, General Manager, claimed we had to pay an addtional $202 for these accessories. He was trying to renege on the deal by charging for what was owed. He claimed it was a mistake not to charge with the contract and it wasn't part of the deal when it definitely was since it was included in the We Owe statement.
