June 25, 2010 I took my modem into the Time Warner Cable and asked to have my phone and internet cancelled. I went online to view my bill and found I was still being charged for internet. It has since been corrected. The customer service is horrible. Hang ups, incorrect transfers, no knowledge of products, services or billing, and bad attitudes. My husband called at the end of May to purchase a strut & spring kit. The rep Vita told him he did not need struts if the car already has them, as struts never go bad.
