This company is the worse I've ever seen. I signed up for a contract with these people and it has been nothing but trouble. I put in a claim for A/C repair in May. The contractor came out, wrote up a diagnosis and took the deductible. Never heard anything again. A group of friends and I went to the IHOP in Decatur, IL. We have considered ourselves "regular" customers and go there on average of anywhere from 1-3 times per week. BEWARE anything that looks to good to be true especially if from an RV dealer. We saw the sticker (big reduced price) and were suckered in! We purchased a new 2008 Siena Coachworks in 2009. I am agreeing with a similar post. Same thing happened to me. The dealership let me drive off with the car and then called a few days later saying I needed a "co-applicant". As soon as I said that I would not do that, they started calling and harrassing me to bring the vehicle in immediately. I had no problem doing that but I was working, had previous plans and I also needed to find a ride home. My wife and I have 7 boys we care for that are all ours which is a result of 20 yrs of happy marriage.
