Had service for 5 years. Trying to get a decent cell phone with renewed contract. Current phone was stolen. Was offered a phone with no memory and couldn't even redail a number. it was worse than the starting ohone. I know for a fact this is not the first complaint of TAN. Their sell on their vacation packages were all about the luxorious resots/condos they offer for such low prices. However, no matter when I try to book vacations with them, nothing is ever available. You're only allowed to book one year in advance and even at that point there's barely anything available. I checked the company opening hours and it indicates 7:30. One guy shows up and doesn't begin work on a simple oil change for Customer #1 until 8:10, Customer #2 & customer #3 (myself)waiting. I own a 2006 Chevy Equinox Lt. It has now started to give me problems because I can start it and shut it off and it doesn't want to start and it starts hard. I took it to the garage and they put it on the machine and the part inside the fuel pump is not letting gas stay and then it doesn't want to start. Now they have told me that it will cost me between $600 and $900 hundred dollars just for the fuel pump and then another $500 to $900 hundred dollars to install because a number of parts have to be removed to get to it. Electrified discounters sells lamps for projectors that are defective. The bulbs will only last 200 hours if that. You pay over $300 dollars for a bulb which should last 2000 hours and you only get 10% of the expected lifespan. They will send you a replacement if it fails within 90 days but the replacement lamp they send you is only warranted from the original purchase date and not the date they send the replacement bulb. Less than honest when relating their products and use, or that you have a money back guarentee, heavy handed selling techniques, refuse to honor ending a contract with in 3 days of signing it, stated you can end the contract early except you will owe the original initial fee of $165 not the $50 deal they promised to treat inside and outside. Don't write them a check they use your rounting number to withdraw fees they think they are owed through ACH electronic debting. Well it all started about a month ago when my fiance purchased a custom license plate from then, finally after a month we received it, their customer service is HORRIBLE, it took me a WHOLE day to get a hold of someone as I caught the secretary in numerous lies and this is just the beginning, we received the plate today and the vinyl is peeling from all edges, there is numerous air bubbles, and the lettering is not centered correctly. We hired 92.5 for over 3k to show up and do a live remote for our grand opening from 11am to 2pm. As other reviewers have mentioned, this company is very defensive if it is suggested that a mistake could be on their end. Also, they do constantly offer the same products over and over again. When choosing products to offer, they do not take shipping costs into account, so often there does not end up being very much of a discount. Especially since they will usually only get off season products or colors that do not sell well. On June 14th thru 19th our company used this bus service to go from Kansas City to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas, There were many, many things wrong with the bus. For example, the tiolet did not flush, the air conditioning system did not work, only in the early hours but in the heat of the day the air unit went out. This number has been calling my cell phone for about 2 months now. Mon-Sat, from 7am to 10pm, sometimes later they call. I am not exagerating when I say repeatedly!
